PHN have the capacity to service all aspects of your hydraulic cylinder needs. From design to manufacture or reverse engineer and overhaul, we have the infrastructure to cater for a wide range of different cylinders. Our custom hydraulic horizontal strip rig along with our nut cracker makes short work of disassembly and reassembly ensuring no lazy time is on the job due to inefficiencies. Our machine shop is able to compliment the larger cylinder work through the use of the 9m Hermes Lathe which has a 350mm spindle bore and our 13kw 500mm bore hone with over 8m of stroke. Our staged approach to your component going through our system from job book in to quality control ensures that no detail is missed and that the final product which is dispatched is at the highest of standards.
